Orders & Stock
Once your order is placed, we will accept that order as final and changes or cancellations cannot be made to the order. By placing an order, you agree to all of the terms and conditions.
If a product is not available at the time of placing your order, we reserve the right to contact you and advise you of your options.
If any item ordered is not in stock at the time of delivery to you, we may, in our absolute discretion:
- deliver the balance of the order;
- forward the missing item when it comes into stock;
- supply an agreed substitute for the item; or
- refund you the price of the missing item.
We aim to have all of our items in stock at all times, however, in some cases we may sell out of an item before we have a chance to mark it out of stock. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible regarding when we expect the item to be back in stock.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Postage & Delivery
We will arrange to forward your goods using a reputable courier service. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.
We are able to deliver to valid addresses in Australia and New Zealand only.
We strive to dispatch all orders the next business day but we may take up to 2 business days to dispatch your order during a sale or busy period. You must also allow up to 2 days’ shipping time for metropolitan cities and up to 3-7 for country towns in Australia and New Zealand from the date of payment, although delivery in most cases is much quicker than this. If you have not received your goods after this period, please email us.
All products listed are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of error.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will offer a refund if your product is deemed faulty and if we are contacted within 7 days of you receiving the item. No refunds are offered after 7 days, but a store credit will be provided instead. My Little Bookshelf will reimburse you for return postage for any product deemed faulty or damaged within the 7 days’ return period.
We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order, but we can offer a store credit if we are contacted within 7 days of you receiving your item. If an item is to be returned due to change of mind, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in their original condition.

At My Little Bookshelf, we take our customer’s privacy seriously. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology when processing your financial details.
Your personal information may be disclosed in connection with any purpose to our employees, contractors or service providers, to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil our obligations to you. This may include internet service providers, IT systems administrators, mailing houses, couriers and payment processors.
